DCEB on-line networking
The DCEB network is a private network. Therefore everything is controlled by the administrator 'DCEB admin'
DCEB admin can invite members to join also if somebody tries to join the DCEB network DCEB admin will be notified. All DCEB admin emails will go to info@dceb.ie.
As this is a private network only the netwok admin can invite new members
